Competition Time

To celebrate my new online shop I've decided to treat one lucky person to one of my lambswool scarves. All you have to do is comment below and the winner will be chosen on monday the 24th of October. You'll be able to win the scarf above which is made from 100% Geelong lambswool. Geelong means the first shear of the sheep, or lamb which is ultra soft. The circle scarf is the perfect winter accessory, practical for windy weather, beautifully soft and colourful.

All you have to do is post a comment below, telling me why you'd like to win a scarf and what you'd wear it with. If you're the lucky winner you'll be asked to send in a picture of yourself so everyone can see how you wear your scarf. The winner will be selected at random and announced on the evening of Monday the 24th of October.

Tell all your friends, your mother and your pets!

  1. I discovered your work only a few days ago and I'm already a fan! I wear plain one-colour clothes, nothing too fancy or bold, so this patterned scarf would be a nice way to add some detail to my wardrobe!

  2. Hi there! I'd LOVE to win the scarf! I would wear it with my tan wool peacoat, as it would stand out against the tan colour and look quirky/preppy. Thanks for the giveaway!

  3. aahh! I would LOVE to win this scarf, it's beaaauitiful. I'd like to win because my neck is already cold, and I own no stylish neckwear... I'd wear it with layered long tops, a cosy cardigan and a pair of my own earrings to finish :)

  4. I would wear this gorgeous scarf with my winter coat, it would be the perfect accessory for winter. Brightening up my outfit with a lovely pattern, instead of me being one solid colour. I would love to win this scarf because then I can show it off to family and friends, and they will be tempted to get one too!

  5. I am totally lusting after that scarf! I'd love to wear it with a pretty dress, leather boots and a rust coloured jacket!

  6. YES PLEASE! Oh man, don't wanna be the first cause I'll probably not get the chance to win one this way.
I'd like to win one because I love your scarves and they're beautiful and I know how soft and amazing they are cause I already own one :-)
I'd wear it with pretty much everything cause your scarves go with pretty much everything. Although I'd probably wear this particular one with darker colours.

    Fingers crossed!!!

  7. I'd love to win this beautiful scarf because it gets very blustry and cold in Dundee!

I would probably wear it with a nice dress and a thick pair of tights and boots. And with a smile, of course.

  8. a pop of an orange boatneck tee, covered by a deep parsley colored wool trench coat, tattered blue jeans stuffed into black leather boots. The pattern would be a visual interest point to (hopefully) distract from my bright red cheeks as I burrow further into the warmth of my scarf. I'd be the envy of Holborn station AND my Islington 'hood, as we brace ourselves against the wind and cold.

Plus, I have no scarves and I'm already cold! Please please!

  9. Ooooh, I'd love to win this scarf! Scarves are my favorite winter accessory and I love the little arrow print. I would probably wear this one with my leather jacket and a bright red knit hat!

  11. The scarf is so lush. I would love to win it. I'd wear it either with my Laura Ashley mac outside or with my jammies in my study (it gets cold in there!). I'd match it with some grey mittens & ear warmers that I have. Fingers crossed!

  12. I've just bought a beautiful bright red swing coat and I love it, but I've realised it clashes with just about every scarf I own. What is a good coat without an amazing scarf? Your black and white one would be just the ticket!

  13. I'd wear this scarf with everything, and the arrows would be pointing to the best dressed chick ever. (well in my head anyway)

  14. That's so beautiful, you can really see the softness in the picture. I'd wear it with just about everything as it would be too mean to consign it to just one outfit! x

  18. I'd happily wear this scarf with a black winter jacket, a black fall jacket, a jean shirt, or with pretty much anything. And since I'm lazy, the lack of wrapping is very appealing (not to mention that it's a beauty!).

  22. I would wear it on the nursery run and make sure I'm wearing it with my most colourful, mis-matched prints. I walk my baby to nursery and arrive somewhat bedraggled into sea of 4x4s and beige-clad 'yummy mummy's. The looks of horror at my leaf print wellies, lime swing coat and red beanie just make me laugh. So, another print would be a welcome addition! :)

  26. I don't wear too many scarves but I'm pretty sure one of these scarves would convert me to a scarvophile, tucked in a hoodie and perhaps an overcoat.

    OO ER!

Lovely scarves Hilary, do they taste as nice as your pies? :)

  41. Since I'm madly in love with arrows, I'm not sure I'd ever take this scarf off! Which means this fall I'd wear it on top of my cozy plaid flannels, and over the shoulders of my denim jacket. This winter I'll wear it layered over my winter dresses, cozied in under my green wool military coat, and especially my pjs in my super cold apartment!

  59. Really like the scarf, and this is coming from a guy (should I be even leaving a comment with the board being predominately female...?)
Regardless, living in Scandinavia, believe me it is windy and COLD cycling to work everyday in the city and this scarf will do just the trick! I'll send some good photos of this scarf in action in CPH if successful! Keep up the excellent work!
